Our Research & Development team has successfully completed the design, testing and manufacturing of a complete new series of Seismic Restrained Spring Vibration Isolators under the the name Vibro-AM.R (Restrained). The new product load range starts from small weights (15 kp) and can go up to 150 completing the antivibration product range for restrained mounts.
The housing of Vibro-AM.R is designed to limit vertical and horizontal movement of the isolated equipment and offers a seismic protection.
VIBRO AMR spring isolator offers protection in all directions and is a complete anti-vibration spring mount that can be primarily used for low frequency vibration isolation. That is most commonly used for vibrating machinery of low speed rotation (on 400 rpm upwards). It is mostly used in applications that require a spring isolator with lateral and vertical anti-vibration restrain. VIBRO AMR offers additional protection from earthquakes and excess wind pressure, such as air compressors, two-cycle engines,chillers, water coolers, air handling units etc.
The rubber profile at its base, acts as a sound break and increases the isolation efficiency in high frequencies, that could be transmitted through the springs (optional).
Field of applications:
Vibro-AM.Restrained is recommended to be used for mechanical Noise & Vibration isolation for:
* Vibrating equipment is likely to be subjected to seismic events.
* When the vibrating equipment is likely to significant center of mass alternations.
* When high wind loads or other external forces are applied.
